When is payment due, and what methods are accepted?

Payment is due upon receipt. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Debit, Credit, and E-Transfer.

How should I send my e-Transfer?

Be sure to include your invoice number in the message section of your e-Transfer. If it’s missing, a $10 processing fee will be added to your next invoice.

Is this covered by medical insurance?

No, these services are not covered by medical insurance.

Should I try just one session to see if it works?

While one session can offer insight, lasting change typically requires consistency. For best results, we recommend a minimum of 12 sessions, scheduled 2 to 4 times per week, depending on your goals and needs.

Do I need an initial assessment before booking sessions or packages?

Yes. All clients must complete an initial assessment before booking further sessions. Packages cannot be purchased without this step.

How long are sessions?

Sessions generally run 30 to 60 minutes and begin and end on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without rate adjustment.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee.
No-shows, missed appointments, or same-day cancellations may be charged the full session fee.

Are refunds available?

All services are final and non-refundable.

Do your services replace professional medical care?

No. These are complementary wellness practices and do not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider for any health concerns.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. We respect your privacy and handle all client information in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
