Do I need an initial assessment before booking Spinal Flow® sessions or packages?

Yes. An initial assessment is required before starting Spinal Flow® care or purchasing any session packages.

Are 3T Healing services a substitute for medical care?

No. Our services are intended to support natural healing and promote wellness. They do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Dericka Grey is not a licensed medical professional. Always consult your doctor for medical concerns.

What is the Conscious Synergy Consultation?

This session helps you gain clarity, uncover blocks, and build momentum with practical strategies for mindset, relationships, and life balance.

What can I expect from the Embodied Wellness Strategy session?

You’ll create personalized routines to support mental, emotional, and physical wellness, manage stress and anxiety, and receive support for healing and recovery.

This session is for purpose-driven business owners ready to grow with clarity. You’ll focus on strategic goals, scalable systems, leadership, and revenue aligned with your mission.

How do I book a session?

You can book your session directly through our online booking system.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions are offered in person at 10 Henderson Avenue Brampton, L6Y 2A4 or virtually, depending on the service. Please check the service description or contact us for clarification.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $25 fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations may be charged the full session rate.

Are your services refundable?

All sessions, packages, and wellness services are final sale and non-refundable.

What is your policy on digital products?

All digital products, including PDFs, guides, and courses, are non-refundable and final sale.

Do session packages expire?

Yes. All packages and multi-session bundles must be used within 1 month of purchase. Refunds may only be granted in documented medical emergencies and are subject to discretion.

Can I purchase a gift session for someone else?

Yes. Gift sessions or digital gift cards are available upon request. Please contact us directly to arrange.

How soon should I expect a response after contacting you?
